We offer a variety of martial arts programs including Little Dragons (Ages 3-5), Junior Martial Arts (Ages 6-12), Adult Martial Arts (Ages 13+), Kickboxing, Full Contact Boxing and Kickboxing, General, Combat Submission Ground Fighting

Who are your instructors?

Our instructors are certified professionals with years of teaching and competitive Felicia Finn, Karly Brown, John Ferguson, ETHAN BURTON, JONATHAN GORTON, Meleah Gorton, Maddie Spears, Jeff King, MITCH WILKERSON experience.

What is the trial fee at your gym?

Our 4 Weeks has trial fee of $64.99, Little Dragons (Ages 3-5) (Price: $64.99), Junior Martial Arts (Ages 6-12) (Price: $64.99)

Ms Finn, John, Karly and the team are excellent. Very patient with the students. The ROC teaches adults and kids how to defend themselves and how to remain calm in all situations. I highly recommend The ROC to students of all ages. Outstanding crew!
