We offer different types of martial arts programs that target, not only self-defense training, but also confidence building, goal setting, heightened focus and so much more! 

Martial Arts Classes for All Ages and Skill Levels!

The kids junior belt classes are forty-five minutes long and consist of learning self-defense techniques, forms, focus, self discipline and developing motor skills for your child’s age.
The adult classes are an hour long and consist of training in agility, strengthening, stretching, self defense, and much more.
