Adult Martial Arts Combines Fitness And Self-defense
Our teens & adults classes provide a comprehensive course in traditional Chinese Kenpo with extensive self defense training. Additional training is also offered in different weapons such as bo staff, kamas, and fans. Training will develop reflexes, coordination, strength and flexibility in a relaxed atmosphere. Weekly classes will also reduce stress and improve concentration for better work and study habits.

I’ve been going to ROC for about 9 months and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. I have learned so much and made many good friends. I started training at ROC because I have always highly supported the idea of self defense. Great group of people to workout with. The karate is an excellent low-intensity workout in a very positive environment. After a few weeks I felt better and was inspired to attend more often by others in the class. The kickboxing class is a blast and I found it very enjoyable for a beginner like myself. I originally joined for kickboxing. But decided to try karate as well, and I love it. Great stress relief to be in a positive atmosphere with great encouragement from our instructors. If you’re looking for a change of pace to your workout life give ROC a shot. We are all family we help each other and support each other as we all are climbing through each belt rank. Stop thinking about it and just do it, you won’t regret it!
